are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Specialist to join our finance team and
oversee GST compliance, TDS management, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including timely filing of GST returns, reconciliation of
GST data with financial records, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations and guidelines.
Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including deduction, payment, and timely filing of TDS
returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TDS provisions and rates.
Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports, providing insights and analysis on
financial performance, key metrics, and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy, completeness,
and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews of financial records, transactions, and processes to identify errors,
anomalies, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Compliance, to address
accounting-related issues, provide guidance, and support business initiatives.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards related to GST, TDS, and
financial reporting, applying knowledge to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and
growth within the organization.
Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in CA INTER or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least [4 years] of experience in GST compliance,
TDS management, and MIS reporting.
In-depth knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with hands-on experience in
GST return filing and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of TDS provisions, rates, and compliance procedures, with experience in TDS
deduction, payment, and return filing.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex
financial data and provide actionable insights.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all
levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
