| Description | Job Title: Nursing Staff Organization: Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences Department: Nursing Location: Jhajjar, Haryana Job Summary: The Nursing Staff is responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during medical procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a safe and hygienic hospital environment as per hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and monitor patient condition. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors. Assist physicians during examinations and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the concerned doctor. Ensure cleanliness and infection control practices in assigned wards. Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans and care. Coordinate with other departments for smooth patient management. Follow hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical standards. Eligibility Criteria: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution. Valid Nursing Registration Certificate. Minimum 1-2 years of experience (Freshers may also apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills.= Ability to work in shifts.
