Position Senior Accountant / Assistant Accounts Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, audit coordination, payroll support, and MIS reporting for our Goregaon, Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, compliance handling experience, and the ability to work independently in a professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Finance Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vendor reconciliation Prepare monthly financial reports Assist in finalization of accounts 2. Taxation & Compliance GST working and return coordination TDS calculation and filing Support Income Tax and statutory compliance activities Coordinate with CA and auditors 3. Payroll & MIS Payroll checking and accounting entries Employee reimbursement accounting Preparation of MIS and expense reports Payment tracking and cash flow monitoring 4. Audit Coordination Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents Coordinate during statutory and internal audits Required Skills Good knowledge of accounting and taxation Experience in GST, TDS, and compliance activities Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel Strong communication and coordination skills Organized and disciplined work approach Qualification & Experience B.Com / M.Com preferred Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Experience in IT company or corporate accounting preferred Salary CTC: 3 - 6 Lpa (Depending on experience, skills, and interview performance) Work Schedule Monday to Friday 5 Days Working Preferred Candidate Profile Stable employment background Responsible and trustworthy professional Comfortable working in a structured Japanese company culture Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred Application Details Interested candidates may share the following details: Updated Resume Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Important Note send you resume to below id recruit.accounts@acty-sys.co.in |
