| Description | Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with proven experience in hiring across diverse industries such as Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Sales, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and closing positions for non-technical roles and must not have a background in IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across multiple industries. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles. Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver accordingly. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist. Hands-on experience in hiring for Banking, BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Sales, and EPC sectors. Strong understanding of bulk hiring / lateral hiring. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques. |
