| Description | We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with strong experience in PTC Creo (Pro-E), design review processes, and product lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical components, managing BOMs, executing engineering change processes, and supporting OEM component selection. Key Responsibilities Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Creo (Pro-E) Participate in Design Reviews to ensure design quality, manufacturability, and compliance Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) with accurate structure and revisions Manage Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes including ECN/ECR Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) as per industry standards Perform OEM component selection based on design requirements, cost, and availability Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, sourcing) Ensure designs meet DFM/DFA guidelines Support prototype development, testing, and validation Maintain proper documentation in PLM/ERP systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP) |
