Location: Noida- Sector 60 (Preference: Candidates residing in Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, or Noida) Job Type: Full-Time - Work from Office Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Working Days & Hours: 5.5 Days Working with 9 Hrs. Shift Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting, statutory compliance, documentation processes, and financial record management. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain and manage Fixed Asset Register (FAR) including capitalization, transfers, disposals, reconciliation, and periodic asset verification. Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP and IFRS standards related to fixed assets. Handle asset barcode tagging and fixed asset management activities. Manage SOFTEX filing and related statutory/compliance documentation. Coordinate and process E-BRC (Electronic Bank Realisation Certificate) requirements and ensure compliance with DGFT regulations. Prepare and maintain documentation for Material Movement processes. Maintain proper financial records and support audit requirements. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Hands-on experience in Tally (Mandatory) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to draft and manage professional email communication Strong analytical and documentation skills Candidate Requirements: 3 to 6 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Candidate should be based in Ghaziabad / Indirapuram / Noida Must own a two-wheeler for local movement Why Join Us?
