| Description | Job description Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic FP&A professional responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions and improve financial performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) Develop and maintain financial models Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and recommendations Support month-end and year-end closing activities Identify cost optimization opportunities Ensure data accuracy and financial integrity Required Skills Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau Financial modeling and forecasting techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA Experience in budgeting & forecasting tools Exposure to business partnering roles |
