Participate in ICU rounds, code blue responses, and clinical audits. Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols. Required Skills: Strong clinical acumen in Critical Care Medicine. Knowledge of ventilator management and emergency procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
