| Description | We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Programmer with expertise in PLC, HMI, Delta, COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS, sensors and automation systems to join our team. The role involves developing, modifying, and maintaining control programs while ensuring smooth integration with mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities: 1.Study the drawing of the given Project. 2.Knowing the concept of the Machine by getting the details from Electrical & design Team. 3.Supporting Electrical design team for electrical wiring and module selection. 4.Searching for reference backup in server and updating changes in that for repeated machines. 5.Developing PLC & HMI Programming for the new machines and following the programming guidelines. 6.Modifying the programming for repeated machines and also protecting (if and when possible) the source code for the machine. 7.Supporting clients if any issue occurred. 8.Supporting Regional Engineers & support team if any changes required. 9.Co-ordinating with FAT team while doing FAT. 10.Making changes if any while doing FAT. 11.Coordinate with external electrical design team and update to electrical design team if any changes occurred while doing FAT. 12.Interaction with customer and internal team for development of program and making program changes. 13.Supporting Colleagues if any issue occurred and training the fellow member of the team. 14.Providing data to documentation team for preparing manual. 15.Knowledge on different PLC programming language or willingness to learn. 16.Ewon configuration and backup. 17.Maintain backup in server 18.Project planning and time registration in IFS. 19.Read control philosophy and create program accordingly. 20.Manage and monitor GET and Engineers work flow. 21.Gantry, Robot and G-code programming, Linear drives programming Skills Knowledge on PLC Program, different languages of PLC program (FB, LAD, SCL, graph etc) & knowledge in learning the Electrical drawing. Knowledge on Program software like TIA, Starter, V-Assistant, Wincc, Robot, G-code Should be able to develop HMI Screens, Scripting for data logging in HMI. Should know about Induction Drives, Servo Drives, Stepper drives, Linear drives Role: Electrical / Electronics Engineer |
