Education Department: Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC). Candidates who have been awarded Ph.D. in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 are exempted from NET/SLET/SET requirement. NET/SLET/SET shall not be required for such Masters Degree Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET accredited test is not conducted. For Assistant Professors - CTE (Hr. Education Department): Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC/differently abled candidates). Candidates applying for CTE posts must appear for separate Optional Papers as per the examination pattern. How to Apply for NPSC CESE 2026 Recruitment Applications must be submitted online only through the NPSC portal at https://npsc.nagaland.gov.in. No hard copy applications will be accepted. The OTR (One Time Registration) starts from 12-05-2026 (Noon) and closes on 02-06-2026 (Noon). Candidates who have previously completed the OTR process may directly submit the online application.
