| Description | Job description Job Description Apprentice Trainee (NAPS) Position Title: Apprentice Trainee Production & Maintenance Scheme: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Department: Production / Maintenance Plant: Preform / Cable Manufacturing Plant Employment Type: Apprenticeship (Fresher) Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics/ Production or relevant discipline Freshers ( Only Last semester Appearing / Pass Out) Job Role & Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day production operations at the Preform Manufacturing Plant Operate production machines under supervision and ensure smooth functioning Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities Learn and support maintenance activities of the same machines operated, including: Routine inspections and machine checks Preventive and breakdown maintenance Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards Maintain basic production and maintenance records Learn and implement 5S, TPM, and safety practices Work under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors Key Skills & Competencies: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Willingness to learn machine operation and maintenance Positive attitude towards shop-floor work Discipline, punctuality, and team orientation Basic technical knowledge relevant to the qualification Working Environment: 3-shift rotational working Plant / shop-floor environment Stipend: Stipend BE - 24000/- PM Diploma - 22000/- PM Location: Urse, Talegoan Dabhade (Pune) |
