After successful NATS enrollment (allow at least one day for verification and approval), candidates must apply online to MIDHANI through the portal and also send the application form along with all supporting documents (NATS Enrollment Number, Age proof, Qualification certificates, Category certificate, and Aadhar) through registered post or courier to reach on or before 03-06-2026 (5:00 PM) at the address below. Steps to Apply on NATS Portal (Already Enrolled Students): Login to https://nats.education.gov.in Click Establishment Request Menu → Find Establishment Upload Resume → Choose Establishment name → Type ‘MISHRA DHATAU NIGAM LIMITED’ and search Click Apply → Click Apply again Steps to Apply on NATS Portal (New Students — Not Yet Enrolled): Go to https://nats.education.gov.in/student_login.php Click Student → Register → Enroll → Complete the enrollment form A unique Enrollment Number will be generated; wait at least one day for verification/approval After approval, follow the same steps as enrolled students above Documents to be Sent Along with Application (by Registered Post/Courier): NATS Enrollment Number proof Age proof (Birth Certificate / 10th Certificate) SSC (10th) Marksheet and Certificate Graduation / Diploma in Engineering Marksheets and Certificates EWS / OBC / SC / ST / PWD Category Certificate in Government standard format (if applicable) Aadhar Card copy Police Verification / Clearance Certificate Apply Online at: https://nats.education.gov.in Important Instructions for MIDHANI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Candidates Only Engineering passouts of 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 are eligible to apply. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, or have one year or more experience, are not eligible. Candidates must register on NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and also send physical application with supporting documents by registered post/courier. Candidates claiming EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PWD reservation must provide certificates in Government standard format; failing which claim will be treated as General/UR. OBC candidates must produce OBC certificate from the Tahsildar in Govt. prescribed OBC format. No TA/DA or boarding/lodging expenses will be paid for attending selection or document verification. Upon completion of Apprenticeship, MIDHANI has no obligation to offer employment; the apprentice cannot claim any right to employment on completion of training.
