| Description | Job description Role & responsibilities: Responsible for the portfolio being handled so as to build effective relationship with the classic customers by regularly contacting the customers. Establish contacts with the customer as per the contact cycle. Identifying the opportunities in the portfolio so as to enhance the portfolio. Meet the portfolio objectives like cross-sell, income, quality parameters and regular service interactions. Meet the income or revenue target set for the portfolio being handled. Work on the feedback shared with by the supervisor /unit manager/training manager on the quality of conversation or interaction. Every conversation made to the customer to be properly updated in the CRM Next with complete details. Preferred candidate profile : Candidate Should be Good in Communication.
