| Description | Job Title: Non-Voice/Voice Process Executive Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Banking-related processes & in International Voice Job Description: We are looking for experienced professionals for a Non-Voice International Voice Process and Voice Fraud/Banking. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banking operations such as credit card handling, collections, KYC/AML verification, or fraud investigation. Candidates should possess good analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate processing and compliance with banking standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle banking-related back-office operations. International Customer Care Review and verify customer details for KYC / AML compliance. Investigate and resolve fraud-related cases. Support credit card and collections-related processes. Maintain accuracy while processing financial data and records.
