| Description | Hiring: Accounts & Finance Manager Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Experience: 38 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing reporting, and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and finalization of accounts. Oversee accounts payable & receivable, vendor management, and payment cycles. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and review GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS filings. Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and fund planning. Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis. Coordinate with auditors and manage internal & statutory audits. Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities. Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Qualifications MBA (Finance) / CA preferred Experience 38 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance Experience in handling a team will be an added advantage Skills Required Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Proficiency in Tally ERP / ERP systems and MS Excel Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management ability Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks |
