The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with an MBA in Finance, possessing strong expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, and AI-driven financial tools. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business performance, building financial models, preparing management reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced financial insights and technology-enabled analysis. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial models Conduct variance analysis and track financial performance Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability Financial Reporting Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management Monitor financial performance across departments and programs Data Analytics & AI Integration Utilize AI tools and data analytics platforms for financial insights Build interactive dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel Improve financial reporting through automation and intelligent analysis Strategic Business Support Support leadership in strategic financial planning and decision making Assist in pricing models, investment evaluation, and expansion planning Conduct scenario analysis and financial risk assessment Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and internal controls Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and external advisors |
