The role requires a CA-qualified professional with 12+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in the FMCG sector. The candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, taxation, treasury, compliance, and ERP-driven processes, ensuring strong internal controls and supporting business growth in a fastmoving consumer environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead finance function including accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and compliance. Drive budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and long-term financial planning. Provide strategic insights to support sales, marketing, and supply chain decisions. Manage working capital with focus on inventory, receivables, and payables. Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls. Lead treasury operations, cash flow management, and fund optimization. Support expansion, product launches, and pricing strategies with financial modeling. Build and mentor a highperforming finance team. Candidate Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of experience. Strong exposure to FMCG industry; candidates from FMCD, Paints, Beverages, Electronics, or Manufacturing may also be considered. Expertise in FP&A, costing, margin management, and supply chain finance. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. |
