Desirable: Experience / Knowledge in Configuring Web Map server, programming in C#/Python / Javascript/.net/Android and cloud computing/ web sources / GIS tools, 3D graphics/ animation/ 3-D modeling, and knowledge in crop/hydrological/climate simulation models, econometric models and analysis of climate model data.
