The Impact You'll Make As a React.js Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our front-end engineering efforts—turning complex ideas into intuitive, responsive, and visually stunning interfaces. Your work will directly shape how thousands of users interact with our platform, influencing both the look and feel of our products and the speed at which they perform. What You'll Do Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces. Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability, including code-splitting and lazy loading. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to our shared component library. Work with tools like Redux, React Query, Webpack, and Babel to streamline development. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to improve our tech stack and development processes. What You'll Bring 4+ years of professional experience building modern web applications with React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS). Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Familiarity with TypeScript and testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
