| Description | Engagement Finance Support - Associate and Senior Associate Years of experience -2-9yrs Location : Hyderabad Shift timings -2-11PM Job Description: Associates in the Engagement Finance Support team will assist in daily billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare customers invoices in S/4 under the guidance of senior associates and managers. - Responding to the Engagement Teams billing inquiries to ensure smooth billing process - Assist in tracking overdue invoices and following up appropriately with Engagement teams on finalizing and posting the draft invoices. - Provide administrative support as needed to senior team members. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 0-3 years of experience in finance operations or a related area. Skills and Competencies: - Proficiency with MS Office Suites (e.g., Microsoft Excel, basic to advanced knowledge on Power BI will be an added advantage). - Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. - Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes. - Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. - Collaborate and work as part of a team. - Ability to research and investigate discrepancies in invoices and resolve issues - Strong communication skills and being able to articulate the problem statement, offer solutions to the engagement teams. |
