| Description | Key Responsibilities Strong hands on Annual financial planning,5 year planning, budgeting, forecasting PCL. Monitor targets /budgets on actual vs budgeted and suggest course corrections (Variance analysis) Preparation of various Decks to be presented to top management, investors and lenders. Preparation of various analyses as and when required by the management. Analyze the financial performance of other players / competitors in the industry, understand the standard business practices and benchmarking with our company for improved business processes / practices C financial performance Support in Identifying Cost savings ideas, tapping revenue leakages and controlling cost wastages Knowledge of ECL workings as per applicable INDAS Preparing/ Reviewing the data as and when asked by different lenders What you would possess already: Experience and proven excellence in FPCA. Experience in Business benchmarking, Financial Benchmarking, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Trend analysis, Simulation, MIS and other FPCA Activities and Business / Financial Models Must have knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint. Minimum Qualifications: CA with specific experience in NBFC. 2 yrs+ in Financial Planning & Analysis role. |
