| Description | Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile JD -Finance Executive We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end finance operations. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency as the company continues to scale. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain robust financial processes and controls. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Manage complete books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Maintain general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts 2. Banking & Treasury Management Handle day-to-day banking operations including payments, receipts, and fund transfers Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies 3. Payroll Processing Manage end-to-end payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) 4. Vendor Management & Payments Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure adherence to payment terms 5. Statutory Compliance & Filings Manage GST compliance including return filings, reconciliations, and audits Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory regulations Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities 6. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (CA Inter Preferred ) |
