| Description | Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Intune Engineer to manage, secure, and support enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM). The role involves implementing device management, application deployment, security baselines, and conditional access policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms. Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for enterprise device management. Enroll, manage, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS devices. Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies. Deploy and manage applications using Intune (Win32, MSI, Store apps). Configure Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Security Baselines. Implement and manage Conditional Access policies via Azure AD. Perform Intune integration with Azure Active Directory. Manage Autopilot for Windows device provisioning. Troubleshoot device enrollment, app deployment, sync, and compliance issues. Work with security teams to enforce endpoint security standards. Monitor and report using Intune analytics and Endpoint security dashboards. Provide L2/L3 support and documentation for Intune-related issues. Required Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory Experience with Windows 10/11 device management Working knowledge of iOS and Android device management Hands-on experience with: Configuration Profiles Compliance Policies Conditional Access App packaging & deployment Understanding of endpoint security concepts Knowledge of PowerShell scripting (basic to intermediate) Experience with Windows Autopilot (preferred) Good to Have Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Knowledge of SCCM / MECM + Intune (Co-management) ITIL process knowledge Microsoft certifications (MD102, MS102, AZ104) preferred |
