Accountant Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of accounting software and taxation processes. Key Responsibilities Core Accounting Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS). Pass journal entries and maintain ledgers. Assist in finalisation of accounts. Taxation and Compliance GST filing and compliance. TDS calculation and return filing. Basic handling of income tax matters. Ensure statutory compliance as per regulations. Technical and Reporting Work on Tally ERP/Prime software. Advanced usage of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas). Payroll accounting and salary processing. Purchase Officer Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit (tablets, capsules, syrups). The ideal candidate should have expertise in PharmaCloud Soham software and strong negotiation skills.
