If you have a background in BPO and a keen interest in the travel industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with leading booking tools like Amadeus and Galileo. Key Responsibilities: Address customer queries regarding travel services, bookings, and inquiries. Utilize Amadeus and Galileo to manage reservations and ticketing processes. Offer high-quality customer service through clear and effective communication. Ensure each interaction is accurate and leads to customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Who We’re Looking For: Educational Qualification: Any graduate. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a BPO setting, preferably with exposure to the travel sector. Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication abilities. Other: Willingness to work from the office in Noida. Compensation & Perks: Salary (CTC): 31,000 per month Take-Home Salary: 25,800 per month Work Week: 5 days, with weekends off Training: Paid training program to get you up to speed. GDS Tools Exposure: Learn and work with Amadeus and Galileo. Shifts: Female Candidates: Morning shifts Male Candidates: Rotational shifts Note: No cab or travel allowance provided.
