| Description | Job description : About Branch Banking:The branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Banks strategy. Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers, and are also core drivers of the Banks customer engagement strategy across products and services.About the Role:The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The RM will be responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. The position entails client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding the Asset under Management. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide tailored investment products aligned to customer needs. Ability to analyse financial statements and provide sound financial advice.Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address needs and challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide financial solutions to the Priority customers while maintaining high service standardsMaintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bankEnrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activitiesDeepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Banks products and services/ third party investment productsIdentify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetrationAcquire new customers by converting referral leadsAchieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basisRecord and track all engagement activities through the CRM systemComply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the BankQualifications:Optimal qualification for success on the job is:Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute6-10 years managing High Net worth clientsRole Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:Knowledge of banking products and servicesAbility to manage complex client situationsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesGood networking and relationship building skills. |
