Track and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and variances. Recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Support cost control initiatives and monitor expenditure. Provide financial support for business projects, cost-benefit analyses, and post-implementation reviews. Prepare and distribute various MIS reports on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze the data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Perform/ review quarterly and yearly peer earnings comparative analysis and commentary. Support the development and execution of long-range planning activities. Collaborate with senior management to create strategic plans that align with the Department & company's long-term goals. Handle any other special initiatives or adhoc assignments assigned by the management. Work with multiple cross-functional teams to support various business activities. Facilitate effective communication and coordination to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
