You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Your typical day will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather financial data and perform analysis. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review. - Identify financial or operational concerns and propose corrective actions. - Conduct strategic analysis to support decision-making processes. - Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. - Monitor financial performance and provide insights for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis. - Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Management. - Strong understanding of financial analysis principles and techniques. - Experience in conducting financial modeling and forecasting. - Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes. - Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial planning and analysis tools. - Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. - Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Knowledge of cost management and profitability analysis. - Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
