General Manager - Production (Paper Board & Tissue): First Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology (or) Full Time Arts/Science Degree with First Class Full Time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology + Minimum 29 years post-qualification experience in large size continuous process plant with working experience in Multilayer Coated Paper Board & Tissue Machine operation. Deputy General Manager (Cement Marketing): First Class Full Time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma in Marketing Management (or) equivalent + Minimum 26 years post-qualification experience in Cement Marketing field. Assistant General Manager (Marketing - Paper) – Southern Region: Same qualification as DGM (Marketing) + Minimum 23 years post-qualification experience in Paper Marketing field. Assistant Manager (Cement Marketing): Same qualification as above + Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in Cement Marketing field. Assistant Manager (Laboratory) – Tissue Plant: First Class 3 years B.Sc. + First Class 2 years M.Sc. (Chemistry) (or) First Class B.E./B.Tech in Pulp and Paper Technology (or) equivalent PG Diploma + Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in integrated Pulp & Paper / Tissue Plant laboratory testing. |
