| Description | Job description Primary ObjectivesResponsible for updation and tracking of Annual Business Plan, LBE, LRP, product costing,overheads and production efficiency of site and suggesting appropriate control and improvement.measures to the Management.Liaison with regulatory bodies and establish professional working relationship.Support Site Finance controller for accounting and taxation related matters. Provide timely and accurate MIS to Management for necessary actions.Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparation and timely submission of annual business plan/ LBE for the site by coordinating with site management team.Responsible for spreading financial awareness among the site teamResponsible for strategic projects at site for financi.al validation and support to management.Responsible for tracking and sharing of monthly cost expenses details with relevant stakeholders , soas to help them take effective and timely decisions.Ensure overall Tax Compliances at site.Keep a close eye on the operating expenses and suggest avenues for cost optimization.Responsible for Month Closing activities to ensure true & fair view of P&L and Balance Sheet by coordinating with various stakeholders at site.To support & assist in Internal & Statutory/External Audits.Provide timely and accurate MIS to Management for necessary actions.Lead the team and establish growth plan for direct reportee.EducationCA / MBA Finance.BackgroundHand off exposure of SAP system & Micro Soft office.Accountability/ScopeResponsible for updation and tracking of Annual Business Plan , LBE, LRP, product costing,overheads and production efficiency of site and sugessting appropriate control and improvementmeasures to the Management.Lead and manage the end to end account payable process for the site. |
