| Description | Role & responsibilities Data Visualization & Presentation: Design and maintain automated dashboards that provide a "defined view" of AP health (DPO, aging, early payment discounts, and cash flow forecasting) to support executive decision-making. Strategic MIS Reporting: Transform raw transactional data into actionable insights; identify trends in vendor spend, leakage, and process bottlenecks. Accounting Compliance: Ensure all AP processes and reports align with relevant Accounting Standards and internal financial controls. Stakeholder Management: Present monthly/quarterly financial reviews to senior leadership, offering data-backed recommendations for working capital optimization. Process Improvement: Audit the AP workflow to identify defects and implement automated solutions to enhance the accuracy of financial data. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), Semi-Qualified CA, or MBA in Finance. Experience: 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a corporate finance or Accounts Payable role. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Power BI/Tableau; strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally). Analytical Mindset: Ability to simplify complex financial data into presentations for stakeholders. |
