Eligibility Criteria Programme Manager – Poshan Tracker Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from recognised university in any stream. Essential qualifications: Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent/Public Policy/Technology Management). Minimum 12 years of experience in handling large scale projects. At least 5 years in leadership roles in programme delivery, PMO, or digital governance. Experience: Demonstrated experience in large-scale IT delivery, Programme governance, RFP/SLA/vendor management, Cloud/SaaS-based system oversight, Government stakeholder coordination. Prior exposure to working with Cross-functional areas. Desirable: Experience in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), national portals, multi-state deployments, working with ministries/PSUs/government agencies. Technical Lead – Poshan Tracker Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT (full-time). Essential qualifications: 10–15 years of experience in software engineering, platform architecture, or large-scale digital system delivery. Proven experience as Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Senior Engineering Manager, or SRE/DevOps Leader (in large deployments). Experience: Strong hands-on knowledge of Cloud (NIC, AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices architecture, DevOps toolchains, API frameworks, Security hardening, Observability tooling. Experience working with government systems or public-sector digital platforms. Desirable: Experience with Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), exposure to NIC Cloud/MeghRaj/AWS/Azure/Gcp Cloud, AI/ML experience, understanding of DPDP Act/cybersecurity standards, experience integrating with national-scale platforms (Aadhaar, DigiLocker, UPI, etc.).
