| Description | Job Description: Business Intelligence (BI) Expert: Business Intelligence (BI) Expert will be responsible to design, develop, and maintaining end-to-end BI solutions. The candidate should possess strong software application development capabilities along with deep expertise in data modelling, database design, and modern analytics platforms such as Power BI. Key Responsibilities Build interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and other analytical tools. Design and implement highly available, secure, and high-performance database systems. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data models and analytical outputs. Monitor and maintain BI systems, ensuring reliability and optimal performance. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver meaningful insights. Implement best practices for data governance, security, automation, and AI-assisted analytics workflows. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing BI frameworks. Design, develop, and maintain software applications using a full-stack development approach to support BI and data analytics requirements Preferred Develop web applications using platforms and frameworks such as Django/Flask (Python) / Spring Boot (Java) / PHP Laravel / Angular / React / Node.js, along with development of web services using Java Servlets / REST APIs. • Demonstrate strong programming skills. Preferred Required Skills & Qualifications Marathi Language- Mandatory Read & Understand Bachelors / masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. BE/BTech in (Computer Science/ IT /Electronics &Telecommunication) or MCA• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI & software development including database design. Prior Experience of working with government department/s and handling the client independently. Understanding of BI, data analytics, and database concepts Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes Expert in reporting, dashboard UI/UX, and analysis Strong experience in Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization or analytics tools. Proficiency in SQL, data modelling and database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex insights effectively. Proficiency with web application development platforms such as Django/Flask / Spring Boot / Laravel/ Node.js / Angular / React, etc. - Preferred Critical Points: Job Location – Mumbai (Mantralaya location near Fort) - WFO Job Type– Contract (on company's payroll) Experience: Mandatory 5+ Years Marathi Language Mandatory – Read & Understand Government experience is preferred.
