| Description | Job description Account Opening & Maintenance Process account opening, maintenance, and closure. Verify documents as per bank guidelines and checklists. Coordinate with NOC, Product Teams, and Sales RMs. Ensure documentation quality and follow up on pending deferrals. Transaction Processing Scrutinize transaction documents and ensure completeness. Handle and resolve transactionrelated customer queries. Monitor transactions for accuracy and compliance. Service & Quality Maintain and review customer query/complaint records. Track daily/weekly service reports. Interact with key clients along with RMs for service feedback. Follow 5S, ISO, and quality standards. Audit & Compliance Adhere to all internal and regulatory guidelines. Ensure thorough compliance with documentation standards. Resolve audit observations on priority. Branch Administration Maintain punctuality, attendance, and grooming standards. Escalate business-impacting issues with solutions. Manage vendor/agency relationships. Oversee branch upkeep and cost controls. SelfManagement Set and achieve performance goals. Identify development needs and pursue continuous learning. Stay updated on industry trends and process changes. Risk & Internal Control Follow operational, financial, and regulatory risk policies. Support internal control systems and audit requirements.
