Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Optometry with a minimum of three years of clinical experience OR Master’s degree in Optometry (M.Optom). Hands-on experience in operating ophthalmic diagnostic instruments including Fundus Camera, OCT and Visual Field Analyzer. Experience in clinical data collection and patient recruitment is desirable. Familiarity with glaucoma-related parameters such as IOP, RNFL thickness, cup–disc ratio, VFI, MD and PSD is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and basic data processing tools. Working knowledge of image formats like DICOM, JPEG and TIFF and data management software used in clinical research. Strong understanding of ophthalmic imaging principles and clinical data workflows. Ability to collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists and clinicians to ensure data readiness for model development. Upper age limit 40 years.
