MBA/B.Sc. in Mathematics/B.A. in Economics preferred Accountant: Graduation in Commerce from a recognized university Essential Qualifications: FPO Manager: Must possess Post Graduate degree in relevant field mentioned above Business Promoter: Must be a Graduate with preference for MBA/B.Sc. Mathematics/B.A. Economics Accountant: Must be a B.Com graduate from recognized university Experience: FPO Manager: At least 3 years of experience in rural management / agribusiness management or related field Business Promoter: Experience in business promotion and marketing will be preferred Accountant: Experience in accounting and financial management in government/private sector will be preferred Desirable: FPO Manager: Knowledge of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO), agricultural marketing, and rural development programs Business Promoter: Knowledge of business development, market analysis, and promotional activities Accountant: Knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting software.
