| Description | Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage cash flow, and support strategic financial planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, manufacturing industry exposure, and hands-on experience in financial controls and ERP systems. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Prepare and monitor the company’s Profit & Loss statements. Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights to management. Identify cost optimization and margin improvement opportunities. 2. Accounting Operations Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Ensure timely vendor payments and receivable collections. Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital. Perform and review monthly bank reconciliations. Ensure accuracy in ledger scrutiny and financial reporting. 3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation Ensure timely GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Maintain compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements. 4. Banking & Financial Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate better interest rates and credit facilities. Manage loan documentation and repayment schedules. 5. Systems & Controls Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs. Drive ERP optimization (SAP / Tally). Ensure proper documentation and record management. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 8–13 years in Finance & Accounting (Real Estate & Construction industry preferred). Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA). Strong knowledge of: Financial reporting & analysis GST & TDS regulations Working capital management MS Excel (advanced level) ERP systems (SAP / Tally) Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
