| Description | Role & responsibilities Drive client acquisition and portfolio expansion within the corporate working capital segment. Structure and originate tailored financing solutions including Working Capital Term Loans, Short-Term Loans. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and collaborate with Credit & Risk teams to ensure robust underwriting standards. Lead end-to-end transaction management from origination through sanction and disbursement. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CFOs, promoters, and treasury teams. Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring asset quality and adherence to internal credit and regulatory frameworks. Contribute to sector strategy, pipeline visibility, and business planning initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in Corporate/Wholesale Banking or NBFC corporate lending. Strong understanding of working capital assessment, cash flow evaluation, and credit structuring. Demonstrated ability to originate and close mid-to-large ticket transactions. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. High ownership mindset with disciplined risk orientation. |
