| Description | Job description Candidate Profile: Looking for freshers to experienced mechanical, electrical, electronics, chemical or civil engineers who are looking for their career in marketing and sales. Candidates should be well versed with local languages along with good communication skills. Should be well versed with basic technical terminologies. Candidates who are from either production, quality, inspection, supply chain or purchase also welcome who are looking for a career change. Candidates from CNC, cutting tools, Automotive components, castings, forgings, fabrication etc are also welcome. Should be well conversant with using excel,word etc. Ability to face the customers confidently and present themseleves. Roles/responsibilities and expectations: 1.Identying the customers and connecting with them on calls, emails and explaining our products and services. 2.Should be able to present the products and services effectively. 3.Candidates with prior experience in working BPO/Call center or in sales also preferred but not mandatory. 4.Ability to convince the customers and negotiation skills. 5.Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
