Analyse budget vs actual on regular basis and Variance reporting. Collaborate with executives, project managers, and cross-departmental leadership to collect data for preparing budget. Maintaining Fixed asset register and posting depreciation entries in books and physical verification. Work order, Purchase order verification and approve the same. Master creation in SAP like GL creation, BP code, Asset code etc. WBS wise expenses tracking. Preparing MIS reports for the management. Support to senior Manager on monthly closing of books of accounts. P & L and Balance sheet schedule preparation and analysis. Support to auditors on quarterly and annually. Any other tasks assigned by Management. Must have knowledge in SAP. •Must have real estate experience . |
