We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with a minimum of 68 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern frontend architecture, rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR), performance optimization, and frontend security best practices. You will work closely with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust, production-grade applications in cloud-based environments.

Experience in high-volume transactional systems, SaaS platforms, or travel technology platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & Application Development

Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure frontend applications using React and Next.js.
Architect applications leveraging appropriate rendering strategies:
Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
Static Site Generation (SSG)
Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR)
Client-Side Rendering (CSR)
Implement modular, reusable component libraries with strong typing using TypeScript.
Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI systems.
Implement advanced state management using tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs securely and efficiently.
Ensure clean code practices, scalable folder structures, and strong separation of concerns.
Performance Optimization

Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID/INP).
Implement lazy loading, dynamic imports, and code splitting strategies.
Optimize bundle size and reduce JavaScript payload.
Implement caching strategies aligned with SSR/ISR lifecycle.
Monitor and troubleshoot frontend performance bottlenecks in high-traffic systems.
Frontend Security

Implement secure authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2, OIDC).
Ensure secure token handling (HttpOnly cookies vs memory-based storage strategies).
Protect against common web vulnerabilities:
XSS
CSRF
Clickjacking
Injection attacks
Implement Content Security Policies (CSP).
Understand secure SSR data handling and prevention of data leakage.
Ensure secure API consumption and proper error handling.
Collaborate with backend teams to enforce RBAC and claim-based authorization at UI level.
Conduct frontend security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
Testing & Quality

Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Follow best practices for testable component design.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).
Required Skills & Experience

68+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of Next.js architecture and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR).
Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and browser internals.
Experience with API integration and secure authentication flows.
Strong knowledge of frontend security best practices.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in SaaS, fintech, travel tech, or high-scale e-commerce platforms.
Experience building multi-tenant frontend architectures.
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Datadog, or similar observability tools.
Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.
Working knowledge of aws Amplify, aws Lambda.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Understanding of SEO optimization in SSR/SSG applications.
Soft Skills
