| Description | Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (510 Years Experience) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong proficiency in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problemsolving skills, a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, and hands-on experience with modern development tools, debugging practices, and API integrations. Key Responsibilities 1. Application Development Design, develop, and maintain highquality, scalable, and secure fullstack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Implement responsive and dynamic UI components using ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Develop serverside logic, RESTful services, authentication/authorization flows, and microservices using Node.js & Express.js. 2. API & Database Management Build and integrate REST APIs, ensuring high performance and low latency. Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, performance tuning, and aggregation pipelines. Work with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, or other SQL variants when required. 3. Security, Performance & Code Quality Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and rolebased access control. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Maintain high code quality using industry best practices, version control (Git/GitHub), and thorough testing/debugging. 4. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and API documentation. 5. Deployment & DevOps Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment setup. Experience with tools like JIRA, cloud platforms, build tools, and deployment strategies is a plus.
