Dynamic and inclusive company culture Roles Responsibilities Liaise withInternational Universities Directlymonitor and manage a team of Sr. counselors and counselors QualityControl Management Set up the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan i n order to achieve sales target required by the company EducationCounselling and handling all walk-ins Support,motivate team members to achieve individual and team target Supervisedaily work of the team members and review and generate daily activity report Build-up andmaintain good relationship with students and their families and develop afeedback system Work closelywith other job functions in the company to improve overall services Level Converting allcalls to potential business Call andmaintain a database of present and prospective student base Contact andfollow-up with schools for sessions and empanelment Periodicallyreview the website content and explore digital marketing tools Supervisingsales marketing and Business development teams across the region Responsible for the profit loss of the branch. Responsible for the Revenue generation at the branch as per the definedtarget. Team Building, training, motivating and retaining talent. Proper functioning of the branch (on time opening and closing) andprocess at the branch and ensure at most satisfaction on scheduled and surpriseaudits. Qualification Bachelors degree or above in any subject Experience Required: 7 year ( Must carry basic knowledge of Education Domain ) |
