You will be the first point of contact for our international clients, primarily from the US and EMEA regions. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll handle diverse tasks from customer service and data entry to virtual assistance, providing a strong foundation for a career in global business operations. Role and Responsibilities: Serve as a dedicated virtual assistant and primary point of contact for international clients. Manage professional communication via emails and phone calls, addressing and resolving customer queries effectively. Perform diverse administrative tasks including data entry, online research, and scheduling meetings. Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, manage data, and develop presentations as required. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience. Handle multitasking assignments efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Conduct outbound calls for specific projects or client requirements. Adapt to new responsibilities and business functions as delegated by the team lead. Minimum Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. A customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ss. Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
