Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Backend Engineering: Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and server-side logic using C# and Python. Database Management: Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. Write complex SQL queries, and develop stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support data-intensive marketing initiatives. Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze the current martech infrastructure to suggest optimizations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
