| Description | Job description Duties and Responsibilities · Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. · Assists physicians in examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care and Assist families as needed in times of stress or crisis. · Ensures accurate maintenance of patients’ medical records and that patient records are treated as confidential information. · Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-training, meetings, and workshops. · To educate patients/relatives and their care as and when required. · Complete handover/takeover of the assign patients. · Correct identification of the patients before all the procedures, transfers, blood transfusions etc. · Assist the in-charge for the ward management. · Ensure safety and security for the patient in the hospital. · If any worked is assigned by the management is to be completed within a time limit, which is not mentioned in your job description. |
