Identify and diagnose technical issues reported by customers. Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner. Assist customers with software installations and upgrades. Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Preferred candidate profile:- Any Graduate & Post Graduate.(B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com,BBA, BA) Minimum 1 year of Customer Support & Technical Support Experience (International BPO preferred).
