| Description | Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive electronic product development and/or Systems Engineering with a strong focus on electronics, algorithm development. • Very good understanding of electronic components like MOSFETs, GaN, MCUs, Discrete electronics, magnetics, etc. • Proven track record of successfully supporting automotive customers in the adoption of electronics products. • Extensive technical knowledge of Traction Inverters, motor control, OBC/DC-DC converters, Zonal Architecture, IVI, and Vehicle Control systems. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer challenges effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. • Experience in simulation tool MATLAB, PSpice, Autosar. |
