| Description | Job Location: Bengaluru/Pune/MumbaiChennai/Kolkata/Gurgaon/Hyderabad Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics CRM, along with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements. Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and plugins. Develop and integrate CRM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. Develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, and Power Automate flows. Work with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for extended CRM functionalities. Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency and reliability. Assist in data migration and transformation using tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, or other ETL tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, and project managers. Provide technical documentation and user training for CRM solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and .NET (C#). Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong knowledge of Dataverse (CDS), Azure services, and API integration. Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and other reporting tools. Proficiency in designing and implementing security models within Dynamics 365 CRM. Experience with CRM migration and data integration. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. |
