Ability to manage multiple priorities. • Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail. • Self-starter who actively handles challenges to meet business commitments and partner's expectations • Proficiency in Excel, Hyperion/Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint • Key Responsibilities • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular progress updates. • Execution and Monitoring: Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring tasks are completed to specifications. Monitor performance, track progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions. • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing team workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and tools. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, lessons learned, and post-project evaluations. • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
